Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Kelozo collects, how we use it and who we share it with. We don't sell your data.
Accounts
If you create an account, we store your email address and login details on our servers (hosted on Supabase, in the South Asia region). For partner businesses we also store the business name, category, area, address and phone number.
Orders
When you order, we store the order together with the mobile number and email you enter at checkout. You don't need an account: as a guest, your order is linked to a guest session in your browser (so it shows in My Orders on that device), and you can turn it into a full account afterwards. Your mobile number is shown to the business you ordered from, so they can contact you about that order.
Payments
Payments are made on Rapid Gateway's secure payment page. Your mobile number and email are passed to Rapid Gateway to process the payment and send your receipt. Kelozo never sees or stores your wallet, card or bank details; we only receive the payment result and a transaction reference.
Forms
Details you send through our partner or deal-alert forms are kept in a private spreadsheet and used only to contact you about Kelozo.
