What Kelozo is

• Kelozo is a marketplace: we connect customers with partner businesses that sell surplus food at a discount. We don't prepare, store or deliver food
• Each business is responsible for the quality, safety and accuracy of what it lists
• Prices, quantities and pickup windows are set by the business

Ordering and payment

• Orders are paid online in advance through our payment provider, Rapid Gateway (JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account). There is no cash on pickup
• An order is confirmed only once the payment is confirmed; you then get an order code and QR code
• Collect your order from the business during its pickup window by showing your order code or QR code
• Cancellations and refunds follow our refund & cancellation policy

Your account

Keep your login details private and give accurate contact details at checkout, so the business and Kelozo can reach you about your order. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

For business partners

Every business is approved by Kelozo before it can list. Commission and payout details are agreed with each partner when they join, and payouts are made weekly by bank transfer.
