The basics
- Kelozo connects businesses with surplus food to nearby customers — we are a marketplace, not the food preparer
- Businesses are responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of what they list
- Reservations are made in good faith; see our refund & cancellation policy for what happens if something goes wrong
- This demo does not process real payments
For business partners
Partner terms (commission rate, settlement schedule, listing rules) are confirmed individually during onboarding while we're in the pilot phase, ahead of a standardized partner agreement.
